This review is long over due, but I just wanted everyone else to know how amazing our realtor, Debbie Woolard, is. My husband and I were in the beginning stages of looking to purchase our first home. We met Debbie at an open house for a home she was selling. At this time we knew absolutely nothing about how to buy a home. Debbie politely offered to sit down and meet with us to go over every step that goes into how to look for and purchase the right home. The meeting went great and we learned more than we ever would have trying to do it on our own. After the meeting, we decided that Debbie was the right fit for us! And we were right. She was very accommodating to our busy schedule and picky wants and needs. Debbie even got us into contact with a very helpful loan officer and a home inspector when the time came; just one less thing we had to spend time searching for. She made sure that we would find the right home in the right area for us. And that is exactly what she did. Even after the buying process, she has still been there for us at the drop of a dime any time something comes up to assist us in any way she possibly can. The whole process went so smoothly that I couldn't have imagined using anyone else as our realtor!

The buying process went expediently fast. I had heard nothing but horror stories about buying homes and was nervous about the process. Debbie made it very easy, explained the entire process, and did great negotiation with the selling agent to give us the best pricing and options available. I was amazed when we walked in to the closing, signed paperwork and received the keys. There was no friction at all in the process.

In the selling process, Debbie put in extra work for us in marketing and processing all facets of the procedure. She is extremely knowledgeable of the locations and market trends, and it helps to make the processes go smooth and quickly. Debbie has connections all over town for repairmen, inspectors, stagers, etc. and each and every one of them I used were professional, efficient, and affordable. I never once thought Debbie had her own interests ahead of mine in either process and was available at any time I had a question or a need.

I contacted Debbie about selling my home in the first week of January. We closed on the sale of the home in the first week of March, with the final sale price being more than 10K above what we listed it. After staging the home in the first week, Debbie held an open house along with a Zillow listing. That weekend, the Zillow listing had over 4000 views and 300 people requesting further information about the home, and the open house attracted several offers, one of which ended up being the final buyer.

Having moved away from the Hampton Roads area, I will definitely miss having Debbie around when I begin to buy my new home later this spring. I whole-heartedly recommend her, and you will experience top class professionalism if you choose to work with her with your home.
