We found Debbie while looking at a property that she was showing in the beginning of 2016. My husband was very much in the market for our first home, but I on the other hand, was very hesitant. As first time home buyers, we were worried about how stressful everyone says home buying can be, but with Debbie, she had our very best interest at heart though out and in all honesty, I can say we were never the least bit worried. We will always use Debbie for all of our buying and selling needs for as long as she's in business... and maybe, if we can convince her, even after that.

Debbie has always been amazing to us! She was so helpful when helping us purchase our first home and now she was so helpful with helping us sell our first home! Working with Debbie was nothing short of extraordinary. Her knowledge of the area was out of this world. I was buying a home in virginia while living in california. I was reffered to her by 2 friends who purchased homes through her so i gave her a call way before my window to buy a home started. She immediatly set me up with an account on her site so i can start viewing homes online and getting together wants and not wants aswell as pricing and if homes where in flood zones and all that fun stuff. My wife and i kept deleting home and adding the ones we liked to favorites up until the day my wife left to go view homes for the weekend Debbie was able to set up viewings so that my wife and her just kept going house to house to find the ones we liked. Debbie was constantly positive and never upset that we didnt find the house in the first few. She was so knowlegable with the purchase of a home she knew things to look for that could eventually be a problem as well as things that could eventually hurt resell value. While my wife was there a home popped up on her site that her and my wife were able to view within the hour and we ended up getting it. She was with me everystep on deciding what we wanted to put in on the offer. Once we got accepted she helped me find trusted workers to get a few things that i wanted to get done at a very fair price. I dont know when im going to sell my house or buy a new one but i can say without a doubt debbie will be my first phone call. I highly recommend her.

1. Debbie was extremely proactive in contacting us to determine our needs and requirements. Because we were moving into the area from Texas, she suggested meeting face-to-face via FaceTime. This allowed us to "meet" her and just not talk to her on the phone. As a result, my wife and I were able to properly discuss our goals in relocating to the Norfolk area.
